2023

Company Founded

Nammaflow was started by a small team of developers and sales veterans who were frustrated by CRMs that didn't fit the Indian market. First working prototype launched.

2024 Q1

First 10 Paying Workspaces

Launched Lead Management, PBX Click-to-call, and basic reporting. First 10 real estate companies went live. Collected over 200 feature requests from real users.

2024 Q3

WhatsApp, Autodial & Billing Launched

WhatsApp Business API integration, autodial campaigns, and the billing module all went live. User count crossed 1,000 active agents. Mobile app (Android & iOS) beta launched.

2025

WebRTC & Multi-Tenant Platform

Browser-based softphone via WebRTC went live — no hardware needed. Full multi-tenant platform launched, enabling agencies to manage multiple client workspaces from one super-admin panel.

2026

Scale & Expansion

Crossed 500 workspaces and 12,000 active users. Now serving real estate, finance, insurance, and ed-tech sales teams. AI-powered lead scoring and call summaries on the roadmap.
